Orders are shipped through UPS and it is no longer our responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are dropped off. ALL claims must be filed through UPS. PLEASE take your time to put in the correct address during checkout. If your address is invalid, you will get refunded. If your package is sent back and you want it shipped again, there will be a $10.00 shipping fee. Due to the nature of our products, NO RETURNS!
